Welcome to Surviving Narcness.com! My name is John and I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse. Like many people, I did not know what a narcissist was until I realized I was in their clutches. I always thought a narcissist was someone with a too high opinion of themselves, however, I learned that I was way off base. My journey from discovery to recovery began a little over a year ago. On this blog, I will go into greater detail about what a narcissist is, what the abuse entails, and provide you with resources if you find yourself in a similar situation.
